Cross connections allow you to connect to other racks, cages,
private suites or POPs inside the facility using Ethernet
or fibre.
We offer two choices to clients Colocation within our sydney
facility. BYO Bandwidth or BGP Multi Provider!
Bring Your Own (BYO) Bandwidth
You have the option of bringing your own bandwidth providers
directly into our rack for a low monthly fee.
All you must
do is setup, sign and pay all the proper agreements/invoices
with your preferred bandwidth supplier(s) external to SurrenderOnline
and we connect you directly to their POP(s) for direct
ethernet or fibre service. All you are renting/leasing from
us is the space, power, cross connection and dedicated support
staff.
There are times that clients do not need SurrenderOnline
to provider bandwidth services, and the client already has
a IP service contract with another bandwidth provider, to
supply international and local internet transit. We are more
than happy to supply you with the rack space and cross connection
straight into the Tier 1 or Tier 2 providers of your choice.
We can assist you in getting an (AS) number and other such
services with APNIC in order to create your own BGP4 network
consisting of your own local peering and international service
providers.
BGP Multi Provider
Our BGP Multi Provider bandwidth services is better known
as S-IPC service internally.
The S-IPC is an Internet access service designed to fulfill
the IP connectivity requirements of colocation customers
looking
for a one-stop-shop solution within the SurrenderOnline racks
and cages.
S-IPC is one of the most popular options for SurrenderOnline
colocation clients. Its a multi-homed, managed
bandwidth solution that lets your business focus on core
business services
instead
of monitoring bandwidth suppliers, routers and other networking
infrastructure.
Multi-homing provides extra reliability as well as better
network performance to S-IPC customers due to its diverse
backbone network connectivity.
Carefully chosen Tier-1 backbone service providers enable
S-IPC to provide optimal routing to any local, intra-Asia,
as well as the rest of the Internet destinations which is
also backup up with an SLA.
